FAQs

Are Firm Beds good for side sleepers?

Firm Beds are typically better suited to back and stomach sleepers (although it is discouraged to sleep on your stomach). In order to find the best mattress for you and your sleeping position, try out the Comfort Solutions Lab, a unique experience that uses pressure mapping technology to find you the right bed.

Will Firm Beds become softer over time?

All mattresses get a little softer over time, usually within the first 50 to 60 days of use. This is only natural. However, your firm mattress should maintain its give and firmness, no matter the duration of time that you’ve been sleeping on it.

Are mattress impressions normal?

Yes, mattress impressions, or body impressions, are a completely normal, natural and expected result of sleeping on your bed. As our beds are made from the highest quality foam and spring units, they will have body impressions over time. You don’t have to worry about a thing unless the impressions dip below 40mm.
