To buy online, simply follow these easy steps.
- Click ‘Buy Now’ on your product page (this will take you to the Shopping Cart)
- Check that the order is correct and select the ‘Checkout Now’ icon
- Complete Shipping / Billing details and select ‘Next’
- Ensure all the details are correct and select your method of payment (Please note that delivery costs are dependent on the information provided by you. Incorrect information may lead to additional delivery charges prior to delivery.) Select the ‘I Agree’ to the delivery terms, provided you have read and understood them and select ‘Next’
- You will now receive an order confirmation e-mail sent to the e-mail address you provided. Do not discard this confirmation e-mail.

Methods of Payment
The Bed King accepts all major cards for payment. These include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diner Club and Visa Electron. All purchases from The Bed King are subject to payment upfront before delivery.
Cheques and Bank Transfers
The Bed King accepts methods of payment made by cheque as well as electronic funds transfers (EFT’s) and bank deposits. When paying by cheque, please ensure the cheque be made out to ‘The Bed King’. All payments made by cheque, EFT or bank deposit methods will be processed and dispatched once payment is confirmed and cleared by our bank. All purchases from The Bed King are subject to payment upfront before delivery.
Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.)
The Bed King does not accept cash on delivery (C.O.D.) due to security risk factors. All purchases from The Bed King are subject to payment upfront before delivery.

Returns and Guarantees
The Bed King takes pride in carrying the highest quality products and trust you customer service excellence that will surpass your highest expectations. Should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason, feel free to contact our Returns Department, on email@example.com or 0860 25 35 45. Authorised returns will be accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item/s are unused, and still within its original packaging. No unauthorised returns will be accepted. All returns are subject to Terms and Conditions. Items which have been custom-made, personalised or manufactured in ‘special’ sizes will only be returned, refunded or exchanged, under the conditions set forward by the new Consumer Protection Act. All returns are subject to The Bed King Terms and Conditions based purely in essence of the new Consumer Protection Act. Product guarantee and warranty packages are being held and determined by the manufacturer and not by Bed King as the retailer (unless otherwise specified). The terms and conditions of these packages may vary depending on the manufacturer with regards to transport cost based on location, pro-rata calculation methods during warranty period, abuse of product and many more.

With this promise; we use many outsourced companies to provide us with the means to deliver your purchase within the shortest time frame possible. We rely on the quick turn-around time in agreement with our suppliers and do our best to deliver your purchases on time, every time. We do, however, at times race against the clock to ensure your timely delivery, occasions where prompt delivery is not expected due to manufacturing delays or otherwise; you will be duly notified of this delay and The Bed King will guarantee your delivery as soon as the purchased products become available to us. Should you require your purchase with immediate effect, contact us as soon as possible with your special requirements and we will commit to doing everything possible to ensure the successful delivery of your purchase. The Bed King is fully equipped with a comprehensive fleet of reliable delivery vehicles coupled with a friendly fully-staffed delivery team. Our highly trained delivery staff are the core of The Bed King experience and take the greatest care when handling your orders; from the moment they pick up your purchase at the dispatch location to the moment they assemble your new product in your living space, rest assured that you will experience the best care, the best service and the utmost respect.
The Bed King takes pride in offering a speedy response to your orders; from the initial purchasing phase to the final delivery date. All orders are subject to delivery within 2 – 15 working days, unless otherwise arranged or discussed with our dispatch department. Ensure you read all product descriptions when choosing your purchase as some products may contain ‘special delivery information’ or may only be available in certain provinces at this time. Where ever you see that ‘special delivery information’ is applicable, then the standard delivery procedure will be adjusted in accordance with these specifications.
On the day your delivery is scheduled, The Bed King dispatch office will contact you to inform you of your 2 hour delivery period. It is important to remain available during this 2 hour delivery period as a point of contact as well as for receiving your order. Should you not be available during this period, please contact our dispatch department as soon as possible to re-schedule your delivery. Early morning deliveries will be confirmed and arranged the previous day to ensure the successful delivery of your order. Our delivery teams are on the road between 08:00 and 17:00 each day, your 2 hour delivery period will be designated within this period. Please keep in mind factors which remain out of our control, such as; traffic, road blocks, weigh bridges, peak periods and seasonal tourist traffic. Should there be a delay in your delivery, you will be duly notified of this delay and The Bed King will guarantee your delivery as soon as possible. Should you not be available for the delivery period, but someone else will be available to accept the delivery on your behalf, please duly inform us in writing of this so that we can ascertain the appropriate request for identification, should this be necessary, upon delivery. The person signing for the acceptance of the delivery must be over the age of 18. Should there be no one available to accept the delivery; an additional re-scheduling delivery charge will become applicable. In-store Purchase Delivery Charges
Purchases made in The Bed King stores that require delivery are charged with a minimum delivery fee of R250.00 (South African Rands or ZAR), for all local deliveries within the diameters of the major hub locations (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Pretoria). This delivery fee is subject to change without prior notice. Should the delivery of your order take place outside the specified major hub location, additional delivery fees are applicable, over and above the minimum delivery charge. Online Purchase Delivery Charges
The Bed King offers convenient, safe online shopping through our online sales order process. When purchasing online, delivery charges of your order may differ from in store, subject to the delivery location from all major designated hub areas (Gauteng, Kwa-Zulu Natal, Port Elizabeth and Cape Town). If you are an online customer, your delivery will be performed by means of our own service or sub-contractors, within these major designated hub areas. If you are uncertain of whether your delivery location falls within the major hub area, you are able to check your postal code online on the product description page of each item (under "Delivery Info"). When purchasing online, ensure you provide the correct delivery and payment details when completely the online purchase form, to ensure the successful processing and delivery of your order. Delivery locations outside of the major designated hub areas, additional delivery fees are applicable. All major designated hub areas fall within a 50km radius of the hub city centre. The Bed King currently has five designated hub areas located in major cities of South Africa. The hub areas (Pretoria, Johannesburg, Durban, Port Elizabeth and Cape Town) are subject to change without any prior notice. Delivery locations outside of the major designated hub areas, additional delivery fees are applicable. If you are an online customer and are uncertain of whether your delivery location falls within the major hub area , you are able to check your postal code online on the product description page of each item under "Delivery Info" Also please note that online delivery charges may differ from charges in store. Should you wish to collect your order personally, inform your Specialist Sleep Consultant, who will happily arrange for your order to be sent to your nearest Bed King store for your convenience. In this case, please allow for 3 – 5 working days for the order to be successfully transferred from our warehouse or dispatch to The Bed King store of your choice. Please remember that when opting to collect your order, be sure to equip yourself with the required supplies and equipment required to transport the order safely home, although we may have specialised heavy duty packaging material at our warehouse, we cannot guarantee it will be effective enough for your purpose. Due to insurance constraints; The Bed King staff unfortunately cannot assist you with the loading or off-loading and securing of your order.
No minimum order requirement
There is no minimum order requirement on selected products offered by The Bed King. Upon purchasing, you will be provided with a quote for delivery, however; if you are unsure of any aspect of your new purchase; feel free to contact your Specialist Sleep Consultant.
The Bed King Best Price Guarantee
The Bed King guarantees the best prices. We will beat any advertised price; provided the advertisement has a distribution or consumer reach of at least 50 000 copies; or your purchase is free. Should you find the same product advertised for less than your invoiced price within 30 days of your purchase, send us the advertisement and we will refund you for the price difference. This guarantee does not apply to sale items, demo models, special purchases and promotional items, nor is it applicable to merchandise offered for sale on auction sites. We reserve the right to alter, remove or revoke this guarantee and the terms and condition set within it, without prior notice.
