COVID-19: Measures Put in Place in Stores


To our valued customers, We would like to take this opportunity to assure you that we are doing everything in our power to ensure both your shopping experience in-store and the after sales service you receive is as hygienic and comfortable as possible. We have put the following hygiene measures in place: Our in-store employees will Offer you hand sanitizer as you enter and leave our store and after touching any item Offer you single-use pillow covers to protect your face/ head area from any possible contamination Disinfect the Point-of-Sale desk area and credit card machines before and after use by yourself and or any other customer Sanitize their hands after any interactions with customers, colleagues and frequently used items Practice social distancing by remaining at least 1m away from you Wash their hands regularly and dry with paper towels In the case of delivery of your purchase, our delivery teams will Sanitize their hands, tools and any other items required before and after delivery Wear protective gloves Try their utmost to remain 1m away from you during delivery Ask you to sign Proof of Delivery using your own pen Remove any packaging themselves and take it away with them Due to the nature of our business, our stores are mostly uncrowded. Furthermore, our website and telephone service are available should you wish to enquire about any products or make a purchase. All of our employees have been briefed on how to best maintain their personal and environmental hygiene. We trust they have the necessary knowledge and tools to keep themselves and our customers as protected as possible. We anticipate minimal interruption to our day-to-day services and supply chain.
