Operation - Lockdown

Dear Valued Customer,

Due to the lockdown put in place by President Ramaphosa on Monday evening, the way we operate our business will be changing for the duration of the lockdown.

While our physical stores may be closed, we will still be open for business on our website www.bedking.co.za and through our Call Center 0860 25 35 45.

• Our sales consultants will be operating from home, manning our Call Center and Online Sales. They will be available to answer any of your queries and guide your purchase decision.
• Our online store will remain functional during the lockdown period
• Our customer care team is available for your convenience

Please note that in line with government instructions regarding the lockdown, all deliveries will only take place after the lockdown period has ended.

We endeavor to give you the same high level of service, whether you purchase online or through the telephone.

These are challenging times, but we are confident that South Africa will pull through this experience for the better.
