Many of our clients grew up in the 80’s and might remember this great song by Max Headroom and the Art of Noise.

Did you know?

The original version of this song was released on the album In Visible Silence, but it was not until the Max Headroom vocals were added for the Re-Works of Art of Noise in 1986 that the song became a hit both here in South Africa and abroad. 

Although this song is a fun jibe at insomnia there are many people who suffer from this sleep disorder. If you are one of these people then some of these sleep quality tips might just help you.
