Sleep Education Film from 1950

We were going through a number of old sleep videos that we found on YouTube and we stumbled upon this sleep education video from the 1950’s. It was produced by Encyclopedia Britannica Films in conjunction with the then world renowned Doctor Nathaniel Kleitmen Ph. D. It was aimed primarily at children between the ages of 10 and 17.
