There comes a morning in every sleeper’s life when it’s time to face the facts – purchasing a new mattress has become a necessity. The only problem is knowing when that time has come. There are several signs indicating that a new mattress is in order, and failing to notice the signs can result in physical discomfort, constant exhaustion, and irritableness. Luckily for you we have highlighted 7 tell-tale signs signalling that it’s time to let go of the old and welcome in the new.

1. You wake up every morning with back pain

Getting up every morning to get your day started is hard enough, but if you are finding that it’s difficult to get up in the morning because of unbearable back pain then it’s time to consider throwing out the old mattresses and purchasing something that provides you with a lot more support.

2. It’s been years since you’ve bought a new mattress

As you get older your body may require a firmer mattress in order to combat back pain.
