Relaxing Music to Fall Asleep By…

We all need a bit of “down time”, a relaxing part of the day just before we fall asleep. But sleep does not always come easily to all of us. If you are one of those people who suffers from lack of sleep, or simply find it hard to relax and take a nap, then take a listen to the Chinese Bamboo Flute music that we found on YouTube. It is perfect for yoga, meditation or simply relaxing and falling asleep. 

Listening Tip: Turn the lights down low, relax on your bed and let the music simply take you to a more relaxed mind space. Then let us know how you enjoyed it.
