Adolescent Sleep Patterns Report

The National Sleep Foundation's (NSF) Sleep And Teens Task Force have researched and developed a report that identifies adolescents and young adults (ages 12 to 25 years) as a population group that have a high risk of suffering from sleep problems. This report, which we have linked to below, summarises all current existing research about sleep-related issues affecting adolescents.
