During sleep, your sleep positions cue interesting insights into your personality, much the same as when you’re awake, your body constantly communicates your thoughts and feelings through your body language.

A common position, preferred more by women. A recent study by sleep expert Chris Idzikowski, director of the Sleep Assessment and Advisory Service 1, surveyed forty one percent out of a thousand people slept in this position.
Personality Trait You portray a tough exterior, but in your quiet moments you are sensitive, shy and warm. Within social situations you appear much the same but warm up quickly.

You sleep on your back with both your arms down (next to your side)
Personality Trait You are a social butterfly with an easy-going temperament, who appears trusting, sometimes to the point of being gullible.
- Yearner Position
You sleep on your side, with both arms out in front of your body (almost appearing as if you are sleep walking).

You sleep on your back, with your arms on the side, above your head or pillow.

You don’t enjoy the spotlight and feel uncomfortable being the centre of attention. You are most likely to suffer from a poor night’s sleep due to snoring in this position.
