Often the only feedback a company receives is negative but we would like to take the time and opportunity to say how wonderful Clint Ford at BedkingTokai branch was during our purchasing experience. Clint stood out amongst all in our deliberations. Clint is extremely knowledgeable, informative, has an excellent customer manner, is polite and responsive. We had specific requirements and many questions, which Clint answered fully and without trying to push any particular solution onto us but supplying us with options that fitted our needs. Late in December I popped into your Tokai branch looking for a sleeper couch for my 80years old mother who, being very frail, waited in the car. When I returned to the car with a brochure, I repositioned the car at the bottom of the steps so that she could look up and see the couch. Your salesman (am sorry am terrible with names) saw me and called the other salesman and they carried the couch down the stairs into the car park so that my mom could see it. This done with smiles on their faces and in a friendly manner.
Well, we nearly fell over!! You don’t seem to get this kind of exceptional service anymore! These two salesmen have gone way beyond the call of duty and they deserve recognition for this outstanding service, which all too often goes unacknowledged.
Well done and Bed King will be my first stop when looking for beds in the future, simply because of the outstanding service that we received.
Bed King is certainly lucky to have such outstanding people in their service.
