World Sleep Day 2013February 27, 2013
World Sleep Day is Friday March the 15th, 2013. So how should we in South Africa celebrate it? Should we try and get an extra hour of sleep? Or maybe go out to one of the local BedKing stores and purchase a new bed? Both are good ideas, but one of the most important things that we need to do is understand and spread the knowledge why sleeping and a good bed play such an important part in our lives.
Talk and Learn
It is important to spread the word about good sleep and how it affects our health, wellness and even our mood. Simply talk to your friends and relatives and find out what they do to get a good night’s sleep. Then share your sleep tips with them.
