If you are you one of those people that live to the mantra of “I’ll sleep when I’m dead”, then you could be doing yourself an injustice. This is because the latest studies being done on sleep in America and Europe show that a regular good night’s sleep is just as important to your mental and physical health as diet and exercise.
With the vast majority of South Africans not getting a good night’s sleep due to the stress and pace of modern life we here at BedKing cannot stress enough the importance of getting the best possible night’s sleep each and every time that you go to bed. To do this we suggest that you ensure that your bedroom is a sleep inducing environment that provides a cool, dark and electronics-free zone that is conducive to falling asleep easily. Also ensure that your bed and mattress is supportive, comfortable and hygienic, as you spend one-third of your life on it.
