Sleep Education Film from 1950

July 31, 2013

It was produced by Encyclopedia Britannica Films in conjunction with the then world renowned Doctor Nathaniel Kleitmen Ph. D. It was aimed primarily at children between the ages of 10 and 17.

So what did you think of the video? Do you think that their is any grain of truth in what was said? Or has modern medical science disproved what is shown in this video? Please let us know what you think, or even let us know what your good sleep habits are.
