Busted Myth 3: A Good Mattress Prevents Tossing and Turning

A good quality mattress will never stop this natural sleep movement completely, but it will REDUCE tossing and turning thanks to the fact that stress and strain on our backs and joints is also reduced. This will allow us to experience a regular deep healing REM sleep.
Our bodies crave sleep and use this downtime to heal and protect. You can find out more about why our bodies love sleep so much here.
