How To Get a Good Nights Sleep [INFOGRAPHIC]

Take a look at our informative "Good Nights Sleep" Infographic. It is jam packed full of interesting information and sleep advice. For example, did you know that on average, women have worse sleep patterns than men? Also, did you know that one in 3 workers in countries such as Britain find it difficult to sleep, or that 43% of sleeping pill users have been on those pills for more than 10 years? • Noise
  • One’s Partner

  • Create a restful sleeping environment (see yesterdays post)
  • Make sure that your bed is comfortable
  • Do more exercise
  • Cut down on stimulants such as coffee
