If you have ever enjoyed a hard workout at the gym then this little bit of information released by the National Sleep Foundation should come as no surprise to you – Exercise Helps You Sleep Better at Night! 
In fact, the survey undertaken by the National Sleep Foundation in the US found that almost 80% of participants who worked out hard in the gym during the day had a good night sleep almost every night. 50% of those who did not work out however reported waking up or not enjoying uninterrupted sleep.
