Better Sleep With Dr Neil Stanley [VIDEO]

Do you find it difficult to switch off before bedtime? Or do you get up in the morning feeling like you could do with just that little bit more sleep? Then you’re not alone!

A new report, commissioned by Horlicks (yes, that bedtime drink) in the United Kingdom has revealed that millions of people across the British Isles are suffering from a lack of sleep and chronic tiredness. All because they find it difficult to wind down and get into bed after a hard days work.

Dr Neil Stanley, the reports author and former chairman of the British Sleep Society, was interviewed about the report and had this to say:
