A new report, commissioned by Horlicks (yes, that bedtime drink) in the United Kingdom has revealed that millions of people across the British Isles are suffering from a lack of sleep and chronic tiredness. All because they find it difficult to wind down and get into bed after a hard days work.
Dr Neil Stanley, the reports author and former chairman of the British Sleep Society, was interviewed about the report and had this to say:
